Qfin is a heat sink design and analysis software package that takes much of the guesswork out of the design process. The package combines a user-friendly database of commercially available heat sinks and component casings, an easy visual method of assembling one or more components onto a selected heat sink, and an advanced numeric solver that calculates the temperature dissipation over the heat sink.
